Sarah Hubschman

Amplify

{Keynote Speaker}

Sarah Hubschman is a software engineer at Amplify, where she helps develop The Last Readers, a graphic novel adventure for grades 5-8. Sarah enjoys exploring the intersection of technology and activism. In 2016, Sarah co-created a website called Why We're Afraid, a platform for users to share stories of harassment and aggression related to the election. Why We're Afraid was featured in The Daily Dot, Bustle, and Hello Giggles. Since 2016, Sarah has been a steering committee member of Emoticon NYC, an annual convention for New York City high-school students. She teaches their fellowship program classes on virtual reality and 3D modeling.

Tiffany Tuedor

Tiffany Tuedor is a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where she specializes in the Life Sciences industry. She recently graduated from the Fu Foundation School of Engineering & Applied Sciences at Columbia University, where she studied Biomedical Engineering, with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She is passionate about digital health and using data to drive insights in diagnostics. In her free time, she enjoys reading, boxing, and traveling.

Zoe Peterson

AppNexus

Zoe Peterson is a Software Engineer at AppNexus working on the Creative API team. She grew up in Bellingham, Washington and then attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota where she studied Computer Science, Statistics, and Educational Studies. Zoe is passionate about CS education, problem solving, and building inclusive communities!

Heidi Wu

Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness

Data nerd by day, defender of the world by night; Heidi is a data analyst at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness where she helps develop meaningful insight and innovative solutions to healthcare marketing problems. In her free time, she is lighting up the world one smile at a time with her trusty sidekick, Kuro the Eskie.

Chuchu Zhan

Chuchu Zhan got her MS in Computer Science from New York University. Before joining Clarifai she worked at MediaMath writing code for real-time bidding online advertising. She is very curious on various computer science topics and currently work with a focus on backend engineering.


Deb Raji

{Workshop Instructor}

Deborah is currently a junior at the University of Toronto, in the Engineering Science program, specializing in Robotics Engineering. She's passionate about inclusion in tech and education launching several projects, such as Speak Up, an online student advocacy platform, and Project Include, an outreach program funded by Google Ignite CS. She sings, she runs and she dances (badly) but when she’s not doing any of the above, she’s helping Clarifai make machine learning accessible to all.

Josica Ganesamurthy

Full-Stack Developer

Josica is a developer and former tech instructor who enjoys creating beautiful and meaningful applications, dancing, and teaching people to code. She most recently helped make awesome things at Foursquare.
